Having used Floor Plans First for our property floor plans, square footage and marketing since 2004 puts me in a unique position to advocate on their behalf. When I started in real estate in the early 2000s with my mother Barbara Rice we were primarily using Floor Plans First for our luxury homes, or homes where the actual square footage was in question. Over the years our use of Floor Plans First has expanded into rental properties and properties we are assisting in the rehab process. As fast as rental properties are moving, tenants love seeing room dimensions with pictures and the ability to place furniture, which allows them to make a decision quickly. Landlords love the reduction or even elimination of vacancy loss and Floor Plans First can provide floor plans in Auto Cad format to do rehab take-offs. As I've traveled around the state and country talking to other Realtors I'm amazed at how lucky we are to have this service available to both us and our clients, most markets do not.
